Krystal Urban Guadalajara Hotel

It was a super base for city break, had very very good time.

Its personnel was professional and attentive, no complaints. It had central location close to Las Botas Extraviadas. The hotel was an ideal place for enjoying a very very nice area.

Everything was perfect, nothing too much trouble, I would recomand it. Its staff was attentive and professional.

This hotel is hip new with everything being good and great value. The continental breakfast is a great bonus.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Guadalajara.

I had enjoyable days staying at this best western hotel. Expert staff, splendid view, varied breakfast. Really big room, incredible bed and luxury bathroom. Plenty of various drinks, such as wines, beers, whiskies and liquors in the bar...

The hotel was clean based in a sleek style building with supper friendly staff. Good restaurant, for breakfast.

Service was superb and food was fantastic. The room was well cleaned, huge. The pool was excellent too.

My stay was very comfortable, I loved that it was clean throughout, with one of the best views and ideal lovation close enough to Centro Magno shopping center and downtown Guadalajara and the best restaurants. The service was all in all very good.

The staff was IMMENSELY PLEASANT and the breakfast was super. Soundproof unit with utensils and plates. Everything was amazing during our stay yet disappointing aspect was really small bathroom.

The venue is brand-new, food is outstanding, perfect location near restaurants withing walking distance. We would not hesitate to return there, everything was nice.

Location was fantastic, breakfast was incredible. Elegant bathroom and exceptionally good room. Loved Guadalajara, the hotel was unique. Having different local drinks in the in-house bar was a very nice touch.

Very attentive staff, well appointed room & spotless hotel. Staff provided personalized service and helped us with cab. Our room had a comfy bed and a DELIGHTFUL view. Breakfast was very good and consisted of absolutely delicious meals.

Cheap & cheap room with a luxurious bathroom. The bed was super comfortable and the stuff was so classy. Breakfast food including hot waffles, fruit and cookies was good. Easy check-in.

It was fairly clean and the staff were fast, beds were soft. Reasonably priced location, 5 minutes' walk to Las Botas Extraviadas. The beach nearby was fantastic and the view was mesmerizing. Speedy check-in, smooth check-out.
